Caution: Ice cubes
So tonight, I pulled an ice cube out of the freezer and stuck it in my mouth and it got stuck to my lips. So, I promptly pulled it off. Unfortunately, part of my lip went with the ice cube and I started bleeding! Isn't that just preposterous? I mean, the thought hadn't even occurred to me that maybe my lips would rip off if I pulled the ice cube away too fast. Was I stupid to not think that or was this some kind of freak incident?

if you would only realize the many lessons to be learned from the movie A Christmas Story, you would not have suffered this fate. I am sorry about your lip though...that really hurts.
how did you know? I thought you had never seen that movie...or maybe you had but just don't like it? You should have known the consequences of your actions then at least. and you know me too well. scary really.
this makes me cringe.
and yes, it is NOT ok that we have only seen each other once in what seems like forever. I cry FOUL!
