BYU won today. Which is great news. I don't think my emotions could have taken another loss like Wednesday's. Geez, that was rough. But, Jimmer (if any of you don't know who Jimmer Fredette is...you just should. Look him up.) and the boys were on top of life today and we pulled out an awesome last regular season game. Great. Just great news.
In other great news, I've taken some pictures! I know! I'm in shock too. I was realizing today that my little canon powershot, easily the coolest possession I owned about a year ago, may be becoming obsolete. It seems people don't bring cameras anywhere anymore. They bring their smart phones. It's making me feel a little behind the times but you know what, I don't think I care. I still love my camera. :)
So my good friend Jenny George leaves on her mission in just over a week. So we've been spending some quality time together. Thanks unemployment! And most of the exciting things I do in my life lately are things that we have done together. Like skiing.
I ski! This is a new thing for me this year but I love it. Jenny has an extra pair of skis and we've been monopolizing on Alta's daily ski free after three deal. Best invention in the world.
We also tried our hands at cross-country skiing a couple weeks ago. It was great! It had snowed the night before so it was beautiful and just a whole lot of fun. Jenny's solo shot turned out before than mine so I posted hers instead.
And the other night Ben informed us that he had tickets to the Real Salt Lake game. So we drove up to Sandy and watched some soccer. It was also great.
Sometimes we make faces. It's no big deal.
In other news, I am now employed! I'm working as a physical therapy aide for Intermountain Healthcare. It's not the most glamorous job there ever was but it will get me great experience for PA school. Also--I passed the BOC exam. In English, that means that once I send in some stuff and pay the state of Utah some money, I can work as a certified Athletic Trainer! More great news. :)
Happy Sunday everybody! I hope it's a winner.

Congrats on the job and on passing the test! I know you will keep doing great things.
Ali, life seems to be going well. I too was relieved to hear that BYU was able to record a win. I am a little disappointed that you were in Sandy and didn't let me know... but it's okay. Glad to hear that you got a job. What location of intermountain? Well Justin and I decided last week that we need to get together again soon, it would be great to catch up and hey maybe play some nerts... :)
I know it is way late, but I meant to tell you how glad I was to see you wearing a helmet...good for you!!
